Draco Malfoy is a static character because he hasn't changed at all throughout the whole book. Draco is cruel and mean to everyone that is in his sight. For example, in the book Draco makes Harry get onto his broomstick and makes him chase him because Draco had took Neville's Remembrall [p.148]. As the story goes on, Draco is his same old self. For example, in the book Draco tricks Harry by saying to have a duel in the middle of the night, but Draco doesn't come [p.159]. As you can see, Draco's personality doesn't change at all throughout his lifetime.

I think Harry is a great example of a dynamic character because he has grown a lot from the beginning of the story.
