I think Edward feels at home with them in the book the people Bull and Lucy stay with joke around with Edward and later they begin to get used to Edward. another reason is when Edward hears his heart talking about the people he loves he says Bull and Lucy when the heart is talking. Lastly, Bull cares for him when all of the people Bull and Lucy stay with make fun of Edward because Bull is caring a doll witch happens to be Edward. that is why i think Edward feels at home with Bull and Lucy.

I think Edward loves Bull and Lucy and they love him. My first example is on page 98, where the book says, “Lucy, after her initial disappointment about Edward being unfit for consumption, took a liking to him and slept curled up beside him; sometimes, she even rested her muzzle on his china stomach, and then the noises she made in her sleep, whimpering and growling and chuffing, resonated inside Edward’s body. To his surprise, he began to feel a deep tenderness for the dog.” This means that Edward loves and cares about Lucy and Lucy loves him. My second example is also on page 98, where the book says, “He said their names, and then he said the names of the people who loved him. He started with Abilene and then went to Nellie and Lawrence and from there to Bull and Lucy, and then he ended again with Abilene: Abilene, Nellie, Lawrence, Bull, Lucy, Abilene.” This means that he loves Bull and Lucy and they love him, too. My last example is on page 101, where the book says, “‘Look away, Lucy,’ he said to the dog, ‘let’s not embarrass Malone by staring at his nakedness.’” This means that Bull cares about Edward and does not want to embarrass him.

Reagan, I love your blog post! You included details, page numbers, and facts. But I think you should think about saying “After Lucy's initial disappointment ..." not "“Lucy, after her initial disappointment..." But all along your paragraph is really good.

Edward feels glad that he has them around. In the book it said, EDWARD LOVED IT WHEN BULL SANG. This tells you that Edward likes Bull's company. Also Edward was glad to show that he loved Bull and Lucy. The ways that Edward loves Lucy are that she understands things. Lucy also curled up with Edward at night to sleep with him. Next, before Edward met Bull and Lucy he wore a dress, now he is dressed in male cloths again. The disadvantage is they are nothing like the close he wore when he was with Abilene. Over all, Edward feels very happy with Bull and Lucy.
