I picked Reginald Grimes as my character. Reginald Grimes is a dynamic character. He is a dynamic character because he goes from being normal and meteokre to being crazy and important. For example, on page 31 Reginald Grimes is just being normal and doing his job of being a play director. I think he is being normal because nothing too peculiar or weird was going on. Then, at the end of the novel, Reginald Grimes is wicked and crazy and thinks that he is the ruler of the underworld. I thought he was crazy because he was threatening to sacrifice Derek and Meghan and he was always yelling a lot. Since his character traits change during the novel Reginald Grimes is a dynamic character. That's how Reginald Grimes is a dynamic character.

My character is Zack. Zack is a stactic character because in the beginning of story it says Zack saw Mad Dog Murphy was being mean to him and was hurting him. As you know Mad Dog Murphy, the ghost, and Grimes are bad and Zack is good. In the middle of the story Zack was starting to understand that the ghost and Grimes were bad. At last Zack was fighting Grimes and the ghost to save people because Zack was good. As you know Zack was good throughout the whole story making him a static character.

I liked how you chose static character over dynamic character. Most of the kids in our group would have done a dynamic character as Grimes. Good job being different.

There are a lot of different characters in "The Hanging Hill". One example of a dynamic character is the director Reginald Grimes. In the beginning of the book, he starts off as a strict director with a crippled arm. With the help of his sidekick, Hakeem, Reginald Grimes changed into a necromancer who was sure full of himself. He thought that he could summon up ghosts and ghouls of the underworld
